Does this boy sound Psycho/dangerous/creepy to you?

this boy wont leave me alone.so were both in high school,10th grad.so heres how it all started.back when i was 14 me and my friend held hands together while on a city trip for school.he was there, and my friend knew more people than me so he knew him kinda.anyway i was told that this kid (named Matt) got a little.. furious and enraged(like the im-going-to-kill-you-look)because he saw me holding hands with a friend(who is male)we thought nothing of it and moved on. he was quiet for a whole year but now he wont leave me or my friend alone.so art cl, hes loud and obnoxious, he chases me around the cl with a wax stick(which was hot)until he gets restrained by a teacher, 5 mins later hell start throwing a fit and destroy his work, jumping on tables and running around in cl yelling and at breaktime/lunch start pestering either me, my friend, or somebody else. one time, (about a month ago) he'd walk up to me and hes like 4 metres away and I'd get ''HEY I WANT TO SH*G YOU!''id ignore it, he smokes(alot)and hangs out with this creepy goth/punk kid whose equally stupid or he just hangs alone outside school by himself. my group of friends tried ignoring him but pretty much 90%of the school hates him already.him and his friend would stalk me whenever i ped them in the hall or the locker room hed be like''hey how old are you''his friend would tell me''hey matts likes you''matt would be like''whats your facebook whats ur msn whats ur phonenumber whats ur adress?!!''I said''duhhh i dont giv info to strangers!''his friend was like ''seee she doesnt like u!''so he slammed his 'friend' against the locker and started cussing/swearing/shouting.his friend would keep asking me''how cute do u think he is?''he didnt stop stalking me and even when he was walking to cl(i was already in cl; early)hed be staring at me through the door.during lunch i walked straight up 2 him and said''what the hell do u want from me you freak!?'' he was like ''>:|''now as the douche he was he stormed into an empty class and locked himself inside until he got detention, near the end of lunch i called him ''a virgin dork who will never get laid'' and then he got a little ehhh mad so he tried to hit me so i slapped him across the face and knocked his glasses off.hes got this really weird annoying voice he laughs at unfunny stuff and he isnt even that attractive.hes a nerd and he hasnt had a gf before and he is a total loser he calls people 's and thinks hes like real tough hes always really pissed off. what can i do to get him(and his friend)to stop pestering me and my friends.i dont want to have to hit him again but hes really pushing it
