Hi people. i have a question, i had on 28 jan then started dianette on 9th feb, if i get my breakthrough?

bleeding which is due on 1st march Tuesday, does that mean i am not pregnant?, or could i still get breakthrough bleeding while being pregnant i am really confused can somebody help me please!!
