Pls any one can help me? i have probelm with system sound?

i have system intel celron 3.06, 248 Ram! i checked system devices by the properity all. there was all of Hadware updated! there was no any yellow singnal on the properties. i checked system sound, i can see icon of sound. i can adjust to icrease and decrease! but sound no. pls hel me
