So my phone got wet, it won't work, and I'm not due for an upgrade for a while. What do I need to do?

It wasn't submerged or anything, it just got wet enough that the little strip in the phone turned red. Now the keypad won't work at all and I have no insurance. My upgrade isn't for another year.
