How much do blacksmiths charge now including call out fee's?

Thinking about getting another horse but I don't even know the basics no more! Not to smart aye? And what are the average stable monthly costs also, about �200 I imagen but alot of things have changed! also ... how much are bales of hay and straw .. ? They used to be �3 when I had mine so ..
