Canteen trucks?

is thair any money in canteen trucks....can i make a living at it ..how much does one make in say a week a mth.. a year i am thinkig about buying one .but i know nothing about this business...can any one give me a run down about this please. in the past i was a waiter ,,bartender ,bar manager ,itant mgr.at a restaurant
