If someone smokes marijuana and his caught by the cops and the cops do a mouth and eye test, is that proof?

If someone smokes weed and the cops catch them and the cops do a mouth test and an eye test and the person tests positive, is that proof the person was high from a legal/technical standpoint? If the person is in court, could they plead not guilt and the testing by the cops wouldn't count as proof?
