Possible answer to Dark Matter and Dark Energy?
It's entirely possible that dark matter and dark energy are fundamentally flawed concepts, they were originally created to account for discrepancies between the size and energy levels the universe should have and the observable size and energy of the universe. However, nobody accounted for the fact that because of the vast distances involved, the universe we are observing is actually millions to billions of years in the past. The light (and therefore observable qualities of the universe as it exists today) will not reach us for a very, very long time. There may be no exotic forms of matter and energy, just flawed understanding. Or I may be entirely wrong, therein lies the fun.
