I think a rat died in the back of my mouth, my breath stinks!!!!!!! help!?

I bought a tongue brush and i brushed my toungue all the way ..until i almost threw up. I brushed it and brushed it, i also brushed my teeth for 6minutes and i rinsed my mouth with colgate pro health for 1 minute and then i rinsed again and again and again!!! theni chewed on 3 sugar free mint gums and then i rinsed again...and just in case minutes later i used a salt and water rinse too. 30minutes later my mouth smells like a dead rat...and i feel ...I CAN FEEL some mucus of phlegms in my throat but i cant swallow it...like its stuck!! help!! why????
