Small spot on my car beginning to fade. What can I do?

There is a small spot on my burgundy colored car that is starting to fade from not waxing my car and protecting it enough like I should be and living in sunny Florida is certainly not helping either. It is approximately the size of a baseball. Is there a way to fix this? It still has the original paint job and I would like to avoid having to have the whole car repainted if possible.
