Whats in this mascara?

sup ladies!..i was just darkening my chin hair a little with black mascara and my hand slipped when putting the wand down..a nice gash of black on my new yellow polo shirt..i took it off and scrubbed it and even used COMET and a Teflon pad..nothing..holy mother..whats in this stuff. i'm now washing the shirt..i sprayed with shout..i gotta feeling.the shirt is going in the garbage..anything i can do to get it out?..ie the mascara..that stuff is powerful..would not want that on my lashes!
